By 2035, Flottex has a bold vision to build up to 600 carbon-neutral delivery bases across the Middle East. These delivery bases will serve as hubs for our service providers, who will deliver mail and parcels to households in their respective delivery areas.

 

    1. Photovoltaic Systems: Our buildings will be equipped with photovoltaic systems that convert solar energy into electricity, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and promoting clean energy.

    2. Heat Pumps and Underfloor Heating: We will use heat pumps in conjunction with underfloor heating to provide building heat free from fossil fuels, reducing our carbon footprint and improving indoor air quality.

    3. Building Automation: Our buildings will feature advanced building automation systems for smart control of technology and collection of energy data, helping us to optimize energy usage and reduce waste.

    4. Battery Storage: We will implement battery storage systems to store solar power, ensuring that we can continue to operate even when the sun isn't shining.

    5. Electric Vehicles: Our delivery vehicles will be electric, allowing us to make carbon-neutral deliveries and reduce our emissions.

    6. E-Vehicle Charging Infrastructure: We will install e-vehicle charging infrastructure, promoting the use of clean and sustainable transportation.

    7. E-Trikes: We will use three-wheeled e-cargo bikes for environmentally friendly inner-city delivery of mail and small parcels, reducing emissions and improving air quality in urban areas.
